Privacy policy.

1. Introduction

LumaTick operates software products and the website at lumatick.com. This policy explains what information is handled through the website and through LumaTick apps, why it is handled, and which third parties process information for their own services.

2. Information collected through the LumaTick website

When you browse the website, our hosting and security infrastructure may receive ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, and date and time. We also receive information you choose to send to us, such as your email address and message when you contact LumaTick. We use this information to operate, secure and improve the website and to respond to requests.

3. Website analytics and cookies

website/assets/analytics.js?v=20260815a contains integrations for Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. In the current source, both IDs are empty, so the script makes no analytics network calls. The script itself does not set cookies or use local storage. If either service is enabled later, it may process page views, clicked links, scroll depth, browser/device information, and similar usage data using that provider's technologies and policy. We will keep this policy accurate if the configuration changes. You may also use browser controls or extensions to block analytics.

4. Information associated with LumaTick apps

App behavior depends on the product. Some LumaTick apps may store settings or other product data locally, and Business features may involve account or support information. The Nixie disclosures below are specific to Nixie Tube Clock & Countdown and take precedence for that app.

5. Nixie Tube Clock & Countdown

Nixie Tube Clock & Countdown is distributed for Android as com.lumatick.nixieclock. It does not require an account or login and has no social or user-generated-content functionality. It does not intentionally collect your name, address, contacts, photos, messages, microphone recordings, camera data or location. It does not need location, camera, microphone, contacts or health permissions. App settings and clock/countdown configuration are used to provide the app experience on your device.

6. In-app purchases

Nixie offers an optional one-time Nixie Pro purchase. The purchase is initiated in the app and processed through Google Play. LumaTick receives purchase and entitlement results needed to determine whether Nixie Pro is available; LumaTick does not receive or store your full payment card or banking credentials.

7. RevenueCat

Nixie uses the RevenueCat Android SDK through react-native-purchases version 10.7.1 in this repository. RevenueCat processes purchase information and entitlement status for us, including information needed to validate purchases, restore access and associate purchase status with an App User ID. Where no LumaTick account ID is supplied, RevenueCat may generate an anonymous App User ID and cache it on the device. RevenueCat's documentation also describes device/customer attributes and network information that its services may process; the exact data can depend on SDK behavior and provider configuration. This app does not call RevenueCat's optional device-identifier collection helper. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and customer identity documentation for the provider's current details.

8. Google Play

Google Play distributes Nixie and processes the payment, purchase token or receipt, and related purchase information under Google's terms and privacy policy. LumaTick does not receive or store your full payment-card or banking credentials. Google Play may retain purchase records according to its own policies.

9. Third-party services

The website is hosted and protected by infrastructure providers, and its optional analytics use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity when configured. Nixie uses Google Play and RevenueCat for distribution, payment processing, purchase validation and entitlement management. These providers process information under their own policies and instructions applicable to their services. LumaTick does not sell personal information.

10. Information LumaTick does not intentionally collect

For Nixie, LumaTick does not intentionally collect names, addresses, contacts, photos, messages, microphone recordings, camera data, precise location or health data, and Nixie contains no ads. This statement does not limit information that Google Play, RevenueCat, hosting providers or other third parties may process under their own policies.

11. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to the services we operate. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Children's privacy

LumaTick is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to LumaTick, contact us so we can review the request.

13. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including support, security, legal and accounting purposes. App settings can be removed by uninstalling or clearing the app where the platform provides those controls. Google Play and RevenueCat retain their records under their own policies.

14. International data processing

LumaTick and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use applicable safeguards for international transfers. The relevant provider's policy explains its locations and transfer practices.

15. Your privacy rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or to object to certain processing. 16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our products, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy at this canonical URL and change the date below. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
