Delete your account and data.
Two ways to do it — in the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed.
In the app (immediate)
Open LumaTick → Settings → Account, sign in if needed, then Delete Account. Confirm once more and your account and its data are deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.
Don't have the app anymore?
Email privacy@lumatick.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request, complete it within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account. Sign-in credentials, email address, display name and avatar.
- Business data you own. Any LumaTick Business organisation you own, its membership, and its associated entitlement record.
- Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery window — sign back in and it's gone for good.
What isn't affected
- Customer feedback on a Business display. Reviews and private feedback left at a counter are stored on that device, not in your account — deleting your account doesn't touch them. Clear them from within the app if you need to.
- Purchase records. We keep an anonymised log of past purchase events, no longer linked to your account, for accounting purposes as most jurisdictions require. It cannot be used to identify you once your account is deleted.
- App Store / Google Play history. Managed by Apple and Google under their own policies — LumaTick never sees your payment details.
Will I lose what I bought?
Your one-time purchases live with your App Store or Google Play account, not with your LumaTick account. If you delete your LumaTick account and later reinstall, Restore Purchases will bring your unlocks back on the same store account. Deleting your account is not a refund and does not cancel anything, because there is nothing recurring to cancel.
